  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and branded box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 48 hours of your request.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
